I feel like I robbed Meijer.....

Last night at Meijer I took advantage of the jello and taco bell deal. I was going to do the kettle chips for .66 cents but the coupons I had were expired. But I went and got 8 boxes of Jello 5 jars of salsa and two bags of half off halloween candy. My total savings was 19.81 and out of pocket I paid 1.38 I really felt like I robbed them. The jello was on sale 6 for$3 and and I had a1.50 coupon off of 2 so that made an overage of .50 cents then th salsa was 1.48 and I had a 1.50 off one coupon. Then the two bags of chocolate were filler items so that the register wouldn't go crazy! It was a fun day to go to meijer. :)

Way long ago

Since it has been a while I am not going to play catch up right now. I did post some links on the side of my journal. Right now these are my favorite places to go and visit for websites and good deals. I was reading one of them tonight and there is a website that gives complete eyeglasses and lenses for $8 with a shipping and handling of 4.95 no matter how many pairs you have. I read the reviews on it and it said that many people tried it and were pleased with it, so I may be trying and see how it turns out worst I will be out is 13 bucks. My first day of trying to get great deals...

I have always been one who loves to go to Meijer and try and save at least half of what I spent if not more. A truely wonderful day at the store is when I save more than I save. For example I was at Meijer this past Saturday and I spent 21.58 and save 21.12, soooo close!!! After that shopping trip I was determined to try and find some great ways to save money so I stumbled across moneysavingmom.com and it has been my obsession for the past few days! :) Tonight was my first successful trip to Walgreens if you really look at this place you can find some wonderful deals! :)

Oh and since they had a one day coupon that was $5 after spending $20. That's what really helped me to have them pay me for my purchases.

I am a very happy girl, finding deals and getting deals make me extremely happy and can now sleep.

I can't wait to go to WalMart on Saturday because by my calcutions I should be walking out of there with 7 things of Cereal at 2.10 or right around there! :)

Overall for my first day out it was a good one, and I went to the movies tonight where I got a free drink and a thing of Popcorn for TWO DOLLARS! And the show was only four dollars as it was!
